Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (or Senior Producer) to coordinate and lead new software products at Alelo. At minimum, the candidate needs to have served in a supervisory role over 4+ major software products to completion, with educational and entertainment products preferred. This is a team leadership position, more than a personnel management position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting things done and wants to make a difference in the world. 

Education and experience desired:

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ projects shipped as PM/producer
• B.S. in Computer Science, Game Design, Business, or related degrees

Skills desired:

• Extensive experience in creating and maintaining product schedules
• Experience with P&L responsibility
• Small team leadership skills
• Public speaking and presentation experience
• Government contracting experience

Other skills desired and requirements

• Proven track record developing high-quality entertainment or educational software.
• Great drive and ability to learn new technologies.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, deliver results.
• Good communication skills.
• US citizenship highly preferred; Green Card is OK. Absolutely no H1Bs or visa sponsorships.
